Investigate the Affecting Factors on Company Performance Improvement through New Product Development (Case Study: Pegah Company of Zanjan Province)

Abstract


The aim of this study is analyze the factors affecting on the performance of the company through new product development. The data collection is required to investigate the documentary or library. The populations of the study are employees and managers of Pegah Company in Zanjan province that are 795 peoples. For analyzing data is used descriptive and inferential statistics by using the SPSS software. Data collected by researcher-made questionnaire. In order to evaluate the validity of the data achieved through instrument (questionnaire) readers, advisors, and experts. The internal reliability of the items was verified by computing the Cronbach’s alpha.  Research findings are as follows: there is a significant relation between technological aspects of new product development and company performance; there is a significant relation between marketing aspects of new product development and company performance; there is a significant relation between managerial aspects of new product development and company performance; there is a significant relation between commercial aspects of new product development and company performance.
