The effect of knowledge management component on technical knowledge development of technical Institute staff of Sistan and Baluchestan province

Abstract


Today, knowledge plays a major role in creating, developing and maintaining sustainable competitive advantage developed countries and developing and the most important variable in the full development organizations. The aim of this study was to evaluate the impact of KM initiatives on Development of know Technical College staff of Sistan and Baluchistan. The used research method was descriptive of "correlation". In this study, we investigate the distribution characteristics of a community. The study population includes all employees Technical Institute in Sistan and Baluchestan 2015, the sample size of this study through a sample of 205 people, 75 women and 130 men, according to sex as the sample. Randomly selected employees and questionnaires were delivered to them. In this study, questionnaire and Takeshi Nonaka are an option that has a five point Likert scale that is used after completing the questionnaires. They were collected and distributed among teachers and staff. In this study, we use inferential statistics, and the values to calculate the sample statistics and then with the help of statistical estimation and hypothesis testing, statistics on the parameters of the extended community are used. To analyze the data and test hypotheses, statistical methods have been used. Findings from the research showed that all four components of knowledge management (internalization, externalization, combination and socialization of knowledge) impact on the development of technical knowledge Technical College staff Zahedan.
