The effect of job attitudes and organizational identity in organizational excellence of employees (Case Study: Staff of Department of Natural Resources and Watershed of Ardabil province)

Abstract


Organizational excellence means an organizational commitment to sustained and permanent growth and development of company. Organizational excellence is subject to certain conditions, culture, internal and external business environment, characteristics of the organization's human resources, strengths and weaknesses and the opportunities and threats that have surrounded company. The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of job attitudes and organizational identity in organizational excellence of employees (Case Study:  Staff of Department of Natural Resources and Watershed of Ardabil province). The population of the research is staff of the Department of Natural Resources and Watershed of Ardabil province, which numbers are approximately 285 persons. Morgan table is also used to determine the sample size, according to this table, the number of sample is obtained 162. In theory, the necessary information obtained by the Library and documents, and in the practical section, the field method was used to collect data from standardized questionnaire. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS software and Pearson correlation coefficient and multiple regression test. The results showed that job attitude and organizational identity has a significant positive impact on organizational excellence.
