The Impact of Comprehensive Banking Implementation on the Empowerment of Human Resources in the Branches of Tejarat Bank (Case Study: Tehran Branch Management Employee)

Nowadays, the rapid increase in global developments, the transition from traditional society to an information society and paying attention to new strategies for optimal use of new opportunities have made the banking system increasingly bind to change. Hence, one of the basic concerns of organizations these days is to achieve a comprehensive, reliable, and reflexive performance management approach so that, based on them, they can achieve exact and sufficient information about their position to apply appropriate approach. One of the efficient models which improves the performance of the organization is comprehensive banking model; on the other hand, the managers of organizations have realized that human resources is one of their most important assets, so the failure to pay attention to the strengths and weaknesses of the organization of human resources resulted in incorrect choice of the optimal strategy for the organization. The present study will investigate the impact of comprehensive banking implementation on the empowerment of human resources in the branches of Tejarat Bank based on the conceptual model of comprehensive bankinh in this organization. At first, literature review and background of research are presented and then sample is given to selected participate. The samples consisted of Tejarat Bank management employee at Tehran branches including 440 employees, among whom, using Cocran random sampling, 206 were selected as sample. The instrument used for questionnaire data collection consists of three parts: demographic information, Spritzer’s empowerment questionnaire, and comprehensive banking questionnaire. Cronbach's alpha coefficient is used for reliability and validity of the study (more than 0.7) and validity (more than 0.7) and content (with the approval of the supervisor and experts of Tejarat Bank). To analyze the data of research, according to the normal distribution of data, structural equation modeling and LISREL software were used. The results indicate that personal banking by a coefficient of 69%, private banking by a coefficient of 68%, retail banking by a coefficient of 59%, business banking by a coefficient of 58%, investment banking by a coefficient of 57%, and, finally, corporate banking by a coefficient of 52% are effective on empowering of employee; also, implementation of comprehensive banking has a significant positive impact of 85% on the empoverment of employee.
